Structure character

RY-series hot oil pump is the second-generation product that designed

by us on digestion and absorption of foreign oil pump. Its basic structure

is single-stage single-suction cantilever and foot supporting. The inlet is

axial inhalation. Outlet is centric vertically upward, is mounted on same

base with motor.

The supporting of RY-series hot oil pump adopts the structure of double-end ball bearings supporting. Front-end  adopts oil lubrication, the back-end with grease lubrication. There is a oil lead pipe in the middle, to observe the sealing and oil recovery at any time.

Since the adoption of self-heating and self-dissipation structure, changing the traditional structure of water-cooling structure. The structure is compact, small volume, cost-saving in moving, good performance, reliable performance.

RY series hot oil pump

(1) By combination of packing seal and mechanical seal, packing seal adopts high temperature packing, has a good thermal adaptation. At the same time, the mechanical seal uses hard alloy materials of high mechanical strength and good wear resistance , to ensure sealing performance under high temperature.
(2)By adopting the third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (referred as PTFE) as lip sealing, so that the seal has a better performance. Its sealing reliability is improved 25 times more than that of rubber seal. It has a super corrosion resistance.
