Deep well submersible pump

(driven by electric motor, operation under water of deel well)

Introduction
QJ series deep well submersible pump is a water lifting tool, with the motor and pump integrated into a whole body and submerged into water. It is used to draw ground water from a deep well, or from river, reservoir and aqueduct etc. mainly for agricultural irrigation, water for human being and livestock in plateau areas, water discharge in cities, factories, mines and construction sites.

Feature

1.Integrated body of motor and pump, submerged operation of great safety.
2.No special requirements on borepipe and ascending pipe(i.e. it can be used in steel pipe well, ash pipe well and shallow well; if pressure permits, steel, rubber and plastic pipes can all be used as ascending pipe)
3. Easy installation, operation and maintenance, small occupation space, and no need of a pump room.
4.compact and simple structure and small volume.

Working conditions

1.3ph, AC power supply of rated frequency at 50Hz and rated voltage at 380.
2.Pump inlet shall be kept below the dynamic level by 1m, but the submersiged depth shall not exceed 70m below the static level, and the lower part of motor shall be kept at least 1m to the bottom of the well
3. Generally, water temperature shall not be higher than 40 degrees centigrade.
4. water quality: 1.sand content in water not greater than 0.01%. 2). PH between 6.5~8.5 3)Chlorineion content not greater than 400mg/l.
5.Well shall be straight and slippery with no dialignment of borepipes.
