Usage and application
1. Vacuum pump is a basic equipment to eliminate gas in a specific sealed container, to obtain a certain vacuum degree . With the development of modern science and technology, application of vacuum pump acrosses the various fields of science and enterprises and institutions, for research and production in metallurgical, chemical, light industry, petroleum, medical, pharmaceutical, dyeing and printing, electrical appliances, electric vacuum, semiconductor, food, atomic energy, textile and other scientific research institutes, tertiary institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and the church etc.
2. Because vacuum pumps are made of ferrous metal, and more sophisticated, the entire operatin is linked with the oil, it doesnot apply to gases of containing too high oxygen, toxic, explosive, black metal etching and has chemical reaction with vacuum oil,etc. It couldnot be used as compressor and delivery pump. If the pump has device of gas ballast, it can pump a certain amount of condensating gas.
3. Vacuum pump can be used directly to vacuum operations of vacuum below 10-3 torr. Also by assorting with other vacuum devices, to achieve vacuum operations of vacuum above 10-3 torr.
4. Vacuum pump is normally to be used under conditions of room temperature not less than 5 and relative temperature no higher than 90%.
