Direct-buried long-stem gate valve
This direct-buried soft sealing gate valve, has two types of adjustable and tinny-adjusted fixed.
Of them, which are divided into metal and plastic types. During the construction process, adjustable valve can be adjusted within a wide range in accordance with the distance between the buried deepth and ground. Tinny-adjusted fixed type only can be adjusted little on site.
Both of the two types could be buried directly under ground, no need to stack wells, to reduce road excavation area. Such small well room can keep road surface appearance, reduce construction difficult, lower engineering cost. Its design service is 30years. It has such advantages as no leakage after long-time operation, maintenance free, etc. And also preventing other people switching valve and stealing well cover.

Installation Notes
Connection between gate valve and pipe should be natural and smooth, avoid bending stress occurs from pipeline. And among gate valve, well room and well pipe should be vertical installation. During installation, connection of expansion pipe and expanstion stem should be reliable. Location of well room, should be based on well top in line with the ground. Distance from expanstion stem top to well room top be 80-100 mm is appropriate.
