BW series heat-preservation gear bitumen pump
1. Instruction
This series heat-preservation gear bitumen pump is designed for the delivery of medium which becomes thick and solidification and crystal under the normal temperature, but easily to move when maintaining a certain temperature. Such as asphalt, wax, rosin and liquids with similar nature temperature no higher than 250 oC .

3.main pump structure
3.1 heat-preservation gear bitumen pump is mainly consists of pump body which with heat jacket, gear, front cover, back cover, spindle, shaft, and seal devices, other components.
3.2 pump body and cover are made of grey cast iron or cast steel, gear and shaft are adopted high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel. And after quenching and tempering, hardening, such as nitrogen and high-frequency such heat treatment process, so that parts of a strong hardness and wear resistance.
3.3 shaft end has two kinds of seal, packing seal and mechanical seal. Packing seal adopts sealing of expanded graphite or oil seal of rubber skeleton. By regulating the two bolts on seal gland to achieve the ideal seal.
3.4 this series pump doesnot be equipped with device of safety valve. During usage, if users need to have overload protection for motor, must be installed with reflux valve on output pipe.
