single-suction, multi-stage, segmental and anti-corrosive centrifugal pump (DF series)

General
Type DF pump is the kind of single-suction, multi-stage, segmental and anti-corrosive centrifugal pump. It is provided for delivering corrosive liquid without solid particles. The temperature of the liquid is -20C ~ 105C. Permissible inlet pressure is 0. 6MPa.

Construction
All the pumps are horizontally installed with inlet and outlet vertical upward except model DF155-0, its inlet is horizontal. The shaft seal usually uses packing seal, according to customers' repuirements, mechanical seal also can be adopted. Model DF85-7pumps use sliding bearings which get lubricated with dilute--oil. The others use rolling bearings which get lubricated with grease except type DF155-67 pump with dilute oil. The axial thrust of all others gets balanced with the help of balance disk except model DF3-0II pump with the help of impellers arranged symmetrically.

Rotation direction
The rotation of pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.

Material of main parts
The medium-contacting parts are made of cast steel and cast stainless steel. The material, sealing and construction of the pump should be reasonably chosen based on the name and density of the liquid, inlet pressure, temperature and corrosive degree to the material.

Complete provision range
Pump, motor and bedplate ( common bedplate or pump bedplate ). The accessories including discharge cone pipe, sluice valve and check valve. The parts including impeller, sealing ring, diffuser brush, balance disk and shaft sleeve.
