BWCB series bitumen pump (heat preservation)
Structure and characteristics
The flow parts of this pump are equipped with hollow sandwich, can pass steam, heat / hot water, hot oil, and has function of heating and preservation for liquid and pump. When the transportation viscosity is great , reducer to be used, speed motor or pulley, to reduce the pumping speed.
The main purpose and application
With different operating temperature, the material for this pump will be two kinds.
1. cast iron HT200, the temperature is below 200 ° C.
2. WCB is applied to transport temperature below 350 ° C , of the non-corrosive, non-solid Particles of heavy oil / bitumen, etc . Such occasion of having solidification under common condition, or must be heat preservation when installed outdoors and installation process in pregnant cold areas.
