PZ673F (X, H) series pneumatic  knife gate valve is one of our company control valves.

By equipping with such accessories as electromagnetic valve, switches, it can complete the opening and closing control and signal output, successive automatic control also can be completed.Users can choose according to actual needs. The material for valve body adopts cast steel, stainless steel etc. Diameter from DN50 to DN1000. It is widely used in chemical, coal, sugar, water, paper and other fields, is an ideal sealing valve. Particularly suitable for paper-making industry in the pipeline for regulating and reducing expenditure .

Main structure and characteristics
The valve is mainly conposed of the left and right body, U-ring, disc, steel nut, stem, frame, cylinder, and other items. The starting and stopping are achieved by cylinder.
1, it adopts the wafer structure, small size, light weight.
2, completely open access to prevent any media deposition inside the valve.
3, the newly developed U-ring seal, can guarantee a good seal.
4, outer sealing for disc, is achieved by flexible seal slip that is embedded in the body, and by screws and plate to make adjustment.

6, convenient installation and maintenance.

Attention to proper cylinder usage
(1) load movement must be consistent with the direction of piston rod movement, to avoid distortions arising from piston rod.
(2) By usage of filter, pressure reducer, lubrication combination (F-R-E combinations) to adjust the air quality, to increase service life.
(3) Selecting cylinder with  larger output than the actual load l, to avoid dangerous once air pressure isnot sufficient.
(4) Pay attention to the use of ambient temperature, working temperature of piston ring and seal parts in cylinder generally restricted within -5 ^oC- +60^oC .
(5) If there is corrosion gas, piston ring and seal parts in cylinder, material generally adopting PTFE.
