ALQBY series pneumatic diaphragmatic pump

Usage:

1.        This pump can be used to transport the catsup of peanut, potato catsup, apple catsup, chocolate etc.

2.        It can inhale the oil, rosin, dye.

3.        Binding water or some other types also can be transported.

4.        All kinds of catsup of chinaware or tile.

5.        It can be used to inhale the slurry when complete the artesian well

Characters:

This pneumatic diaphragmatic pump can transport mobile liquids , also can carry some non-easily mobile media. It has the advantages of self-suction pump , submersible pump and screen pump , slurry pump and the impurity pump etc.
1.  No need to divert and irrigate water, flow can reach 50m, outlet pressure 6kgf/cm2.
2.  Flowing covering , it is good for pass through ,the maximum allowable diameter for particles about 10mm. There will be little damage even when pumping slurry, or imputies.

3.  Lift and volume of flow can be realized the stepless adjustment by opening degree of the gas valve. ( atmospheric pressure adjustment between 1 and 7kg/cm2 ) .

4.  This pump does not have revolving parts , not having the axle seal to separate the pumped medium ,moving parts and working medium, the transported medium will not leak out. Therefore, when pumping poisonous, volatile or corrosive mediums, there will not cause environmental pollution or dangers to human.

5.  No need to use electricity ,  it can be safe and reliable in place of flammable or explosive .

6.  It can work when emerging in medium.
7.  Convenient usage and reliable performance. There will only need open and close gas valve when start and close pump. Even under unexpected circumstances, when long time no medium to work or stops suddenly, the pump will not damage. Once over load, the pump will close down automatically, it has the function of self protection. After recovering from load, it will start again automatically.

8.  The structure is compact and with few wearing parts . It is convenient to install and maintain. The pumped medium will not contact with moving parts like gas valve, connection pole. Not like the other kinds of pumps, their capability descend step by step because of the worn out of rotor, piston, blade, etc.
9.  It can transport thick liquids ( viscosity is below 10 thousand centipoises ) .

10.  This pump will no need lubricant oil , even idling, there will no damage to pump itself. It is one of the biggest characteristics of this pump .
