Structure and characteristics
The flow parts of this pump are equipped with hollow sandwich, can pass steam, heat / hot water, hot oil, and has function of heating and preservation for liquid and pump. When the transportation viscosity is great , reducer to be used, speed motor or pulley, to reduce the pumping speed.
Application
BW series heat-preservation gear bitumen pump, is especially designed for the delivery of such liquids, which are easy to be thick, solidified or crystallized, at the same time, it moves easily under a certain temperature. such as bitumen, wax, rosin and other liquids that with similar characteristics.
Normally, pump with cast iron material, its temperature ≤ 200 oC.
With carbon steel, from BW1/0.6 to BW5/0.6: ≤250oC, BW8/0.6 and above: ≤320oC.
