Three screw pump is a kind of spindle and positive displacement pump. Base on the principle of screw engagement, drive screw and idler screw are engaged in the three insert holes, sealed chambers are thereby formed. These closed chambers will take the mediuninside to move from the inlet to the outlet end axially and get a constant pressure.

Three screw pump is applied to a variety of non-corrosive oils , and other liquids similar to oil and lubricating oil. The viscosity of liquid transportation is generally 3.0-760mm ²/ s (1.2-100⁰E). The high-viscosity medium can be deliveried after lowering viscosity by heating. The temperature does not exceed 350^oC .
